How are your products made?
All items are made to order. Each piece is printed and produced after your order is placed, helping reduce waste and ensure quality.

How long does production take?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. During high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because items are made to order, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once production has started. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

When will my order ship?
Once production is complete, your order will ship and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it at no cost.

Are sale or promotional items refundable?
All sale and promotional items are final sale, unless there is a production issue.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own for the best fit.

Do your products shrink?
Our garments are pre-shrunk, but minor shrinkage may occur. Wash cold and hang dry to maintain fit and print quality.

How long will the print last?
We use high-quality printing methods designed to last. Proper care will help maintain the look and feel of your item.

How should I wash my item?

  • Wash inside out

  • Cold water only

  • Mild detergent

  • Hang dry or tumble dry low

  • Do not iron directly on the print
