What is your return policy?
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it at no cost.
Are sale or promotional items refundable?
All sale and promotional items are final sale, unless there is a production issue.
